Design of a public reception set for Songkhla's Old Town area, created with cooperation from neighbors in this old town district who contributed chairs to welcome city guests together. As a "Rest Stop" area, Tri-mode designed a method to combine chairs from each house using local Songkhla materials such as palm fiber and knot-tying techniques, integrated with the structure. The design process incorporates both functional and damaged chairs from each house, transforming them into a new contextual furniture set for Songkhla's Old Town area.
