The Long Table Food Fest provides an open space for the new generation of creatives to exercise their creativity. Theis project is initiated to accommodate people who want to explore a unique cuisine experience under the theme of democratizing food. No matter who you are or where you are from, you have the right to experience a unique fine dining experience at an affordable price, with exceptional food courses served on the long table. Through this experimental program, you are offered 25 new menus created by 6 food artists. The 5-course cuisine is designed according to the 5 mottos of Songkhla city and will be served throughout the weekend. Moreover, the long table will serve as a public food table, welcoming visitors to taste and talk with other members of the long table.
